Ian Brooks, Publisher
Ian Brooks is a Chartered Accountant with twenty years experience
in business and finance. For the past ten years Ian has worked
in magazine publishing, firstly with Time Inc. Magazines as Controller
of its distribution business and then Murdoch Magazines as group
financial controller. For the last five years Ian has headed his
own publishing company, Paragon Media, after purchasing the rights
to publish Australian Family Circle from Murdoch Magazines, and then selling it to Pacific Magazines. Paragon
Media also publishes Australian WoodSmith and several other niche
titles. |

Todd Cole, Editorial Director
Todd is a magazine professional with 20 years’ experience
and a recent convert to the pleasures of amateur astronomy. Recently
the editor of Men’s Health Australia, Todd took the title
from a launch figure of 24,000 and doubled the circulation in two
years. Prior to this he edited a computer title, Desktop, increasing
its circulation by 50 per cent. Five years ago, as a marketer Todd
launched Contact Media, a boutique PR and marketing agency that
boasts CanTeen, Suunto, Aqua Lung, Fosters Beer and the AGSM --
Australia’s premier post-graduate business school -- as some
of its clients. |

Greg Bryant, Editor
Greg Bryant is an active amateur astronomer with an interest in astronomy and space exploration going back 30 years. For nearly as long as he's been observing the night sky, Greg has been writing about it too - for newsletters, yearbooks, and magazines. In addition to being the Editor of Australian Sky & Telescope, Greg has been a Contributing Editor with the US Sky & Telescope magazine since 2001. His wife, Julia, is an astrophysicist at Sydney University. In 2000, the International Astronomical Union honoured Greg with the naming of the asteroid 9984 Gregbryant. |

Julie Hughes, Subscriptions
A master of organisation, Julie Hughes looks after administration
and subscriptions for Paragon Media. Julie brings 20 years’ administration
experience from the fields of finance and banking. Julie moved
from the heady world of foreign exchange to publishing when Paragon
Media acquired Australian Family Circle magazine several years ago. As her
accent attests, Julie originally hails from Canada. |

Julitta Overdijk, Designer
With over a decade’s magazine design experience, Julitta
is an accomplished designer with a host of titles to her credit.
Most recently the art director of Australian Family Circle and Country Style magazines,
Julitta brings a clean, functional design ethic to Australian Sky
and Telescope. |
